It is not just Network Rail who have a problem with leaf fall. London Underground also uses sandie trains known as RAT or Rail Adhesion Trains. Here is the Metropolitan Line Train 710 and still formed of the 5 car A60 stock. This train was to be replaced this year but it's replacement is not ready.
